Wine Sediments

There are never enough hours in my day to listen to all the wine related podcasts, let alone read all the wine-blogs that are now available.

If I had to pick just two, I would recommend WineCast run by Tim and Grape Radio.

The latter site has a series of wine quizzes set up, which are a great way to test your wine knowledge.

Just to add to the pressure, each quiz is timed! Just for the record, I just took the General Knowledge quiz and scored 81.82% or 90 points. Which is only just a pass! The two questions I failed on were “What should you do when the waiter hands you a cork?” (I answered ‘put in your pocket for a souvenir’ and “Which one of four listed regions is not an AVA?” In my defense, I hadn’t heard of ANY of them!
